Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is based in Louisville, KY and develops processes for current and new product screening and repair and then utilizes failure and quality data to continuously improve these processes. The Process Engineer should be focused on emerging technology in support of customer requirements, defining manufacturing processes, developing common and robust processes, and deploying new technology at the site, region and corporate level.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical leadership to the site and region in terms of process engineering and solutioning of engineering and quality issues.
• Provide assistance and guidance to the site in the development, qualification and deployment of new processes and technologies.
• Track projects and progress through regular reviews with the team.
• Develop control systems and reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments are met.
• Participate in customer meetings and roadmap discussions to showcase the latest developments.
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering experience in similar position in electronic industry
• Experience in process development, new technology
• Problem solving skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
