Account profile

How do I edit my contact information, email address, resume, or employment preferences?

Making changes to your profile is easy. Once you have signed into your profile, click the "View Profile" link. Update the information that you wish to edit and be sure to save your changes before exiting your profile.

I am experiencing issues when trying to use the “Forgot your password?” option.

Sorry about the frustration. Depending on your spam settings, some emails may be routed to your junk or spam folder. Please check if our password recovery email sent. If you’re unable to access the email account associated with your Ivy Technology profile, Contact Us

I can’t access my profile. I forgot my username and/or password.

Your username is your email address that you used to sign up for your Ivy Technology careers. Please note even if you update your email address for receiving communications, the username is still the original email you signed up with. If you forgot your password, go to the sign in page and choose the “Forgot your password?” link to have a temporary password sent to your email address.

What happens if I create a profile without applying for a position?

When you create a profile, your information is stored in our system. If we find that your experience and qualifications match a job at Ivy Technology, we may contact you and invite you to apply.

What happens after I apply to a position?

Great question! Here is what you can expect after you’ve applied for a position: Depending on the position, you could hear from us within one week, but no longer than three months. We'll carefully consider your skills and experience to see if they're a fit for this role.

What if I don’t have a resume?

No worries! If you don’t have a resume, you have an opportunity to enter all of your information in your profile. To get started, find a job that you’re interested in and select it. Click the "Apply now" button. You will be prompted to create an account. Once that is complete, you can upload your resume AND / OR you can complete all Profile portlets (please note that fields marked with red * are mandatory)
